Ingest Premium - Degraded Performance
Resolved - We are aware of an incident that occurred overnight affecting ingest-premium streams.

The nature of this incident meant that persistent audio streaming connections established prior were not affected but subsequent connections and requests to the ingests including metadata updates. It also affected our monitoring systems capability to report the status of the stream, meaning Portal will have displayed a number of false negatives for stream health.

Listener impact was minimal, as audio streams remained available throughout (despite contrary indications in Portal). Monetisation will have been impacted for the duration of the incident window (approximately one hour, starting at 01:31 BST) for any customers utilising metadata ad triggers, due to the nature of the incident impacting meta updates.

We can confirm that all affected services are now stable. This has been deemed an edge case by our engineers who will further study the events leading to the incident to inform any additional monitoring we can introduce to improve early detection.
